We also flag any pre-existing wear we find during the inspection separately from new storm damage, since insurers distinguish between the two.
We've worked with enough Lesage, WV adjusters to know exactly what documentation actually speeds a Storm Damage Roof Repair claim through.
Our Storm Damage Roof Repair reports note both storm damage and any pre-existing wear separately, which adjusters appreciate.
Every Storm Damage Roof Repair assessment is conducted by a technician trained specifically in storm damage evaluation.
Post-storm call volume spikes fast — our Lesage crews prioritize active leaks first, then work through the queue.
No verbal-only pricing, ever, even during high storm-season demand.
We know which documentation details Lesage, WV adjusters actually look for first.
Storm damage covers a range of issues — here's what falls under our Storm Damage Roof Repair service.
Hail damage often shows as bruised or missing granules rather than obvious cracks, and it's easy to miss from the ground.
We check shingle tabs and seal lines across the whole roof, not just the visibly missing sections.
Debris removal and structural assessment happen together, not as two separate visits.
We document storm damage with photos and measurements formatted for how Lesage, WV carriers typically review claims.
Once damage is documented, we move to repair — targeted fixes for isolated damage, full sections where needed.
We check gutters and downspouts alongside the roof, since storm damage rarely stops at the roofline.
Describe what happened and what you're seeing, and we'll get an inspection scheduled.
We check for hail bruising, lifted shingles, and debris impact across the full roof.
You receive a written damage report and repair estimate, formatted for insurance claim purposes if needed.
Repairs are scheduled and completed to manufacturer spec, with documentation ready for your adjuster if you're filing a claim.
